My Background
Based in the Washington DC metro area, and I bring over 10 years of experience across social media marketing, fashion, event production, journalism, runway coaching, photography, talent management, and public relations. Throughout my career, I’ve had the chance to work with brands of all sizes, creating impactful campaigns centered on content creation, social media advertising, and influencer marketing. I love bringing creative visions to life, whether it’s through magazine covers, high-profile projects, or editorial shoots, where I serve as a creative director and photographer.
I’m also a professional model coach and talent manager. Before starting *Only Talent Management* in 2015, I spent much of my career in operations management for public transit across the DC metro area. That experience taught me the importance of organization, resilience, and service, which has shaped my approach to managing talent and developing emerging voices in the industry.
I’m also Editor-in-Chief of Jenleeion Magazine, a platform I launched in January 2021 to highlight fashion, lifestyle, and entertainment. Through the magazine, I’ve had the chance to work with incredible personalities like Rick Ross, Jennifer Lewis, Angie Stone, 112, Amara La’Negra, Torrei Hart, Hope Giselle, Wade the Barber, and many others.
Beyond this, I’m the COO of *HOUSE OF Music & Education* (H.O.M.E.), a family business that provides arts-based services and houses a 501(c)(3) nonprofit arm dedicated to delivering educational resources to the community.
